ABOUT THE TOUR
Torres del Paine National Park, which has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, is listed among the 10 natural wonders of the world. Located in Chilean Patagonia, the scenic beauty of this park and its entire region attract photographers from the four corners of the world, who are unanimous in considering the Cuernos del Paine, mountains highlighted in the image above, one of the most beautiful rock formations on the planet.
In April, with the arrival of autumn in Patagonia, all the vegetation changes color. The green gives way to yellow and red tones, which makes this landscape, which is already incredible, a true spectacle of nature. It is in this atmosphere that Victor Lima invites you to take a photographic immersion inside the Torres del Paine National Park.
We will travel the roads that cross the park from north to south, always looking for the best light to register the main attractions of the region, including: the Gray Glacier, the Laguna Amarga, the Pehoe Lake, the Salto Grande, the Nordenskjold Lake, the Cuernos del Paine and much more.
To make this experience even more complete, we will stay at Hosteria Pehoe, which is located on an island within Lake Pehoe, where we will have breakfast with an incredible view of the most beautiful mountains in the world, the Cuernos del Paine.
Do you already know Patagonia and Torres del Paine?
Very close to Brazil, the Patagonia it is something of a mecca for adventure sports. And, by the way, it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Located mainly in Argentina, but also with a small extension beyond the border with Chile, the region dazzles with its sometimes inhospitable and sometimes breathtaking scenery.
Considered one of the main reserves in South America, the Torres del Paine National Park is the most important attraction in Chilean Patagonia. In April 1978, it was officially declared as Biosphere Reserve through the UNESCO. An area specially designated to combine environmental conservation with sustainable human development.
Exuberant nature
Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978, the The park has turquoise lakes, huge mountains covered in snow, valleys with low vegetation typical of Patagonia, waterfalls, rivers, glaciers, glaciers and exuberant fauna, especially the feared puma and the beautiful guanacos.
Enchanted Mountains
The Paine Massif dominates the landscape of Torres del Paine National Park and can be seen from anywhere in the park.
In this region, the formation of lenticular clouds over the mountains is very common, which gives an even more special touch to this already stunning landscape.
