Natural Heritage of Humanity and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, visiting the Iguaçu Falls is an experience of immersion in nature, through a walk on trails in the middle of the forest and the imminent proximity of the immensity of the waterfalls of the Iguaçu River .
To make our experience in this Premium Workshop even more complete, the 5 star Belmond Hotel das Cataratas will be our home during the weekend of the event. Iguaçu Falls is one of the most visited places in Brazil, so it's inevitable to have a lot of people there. But this is not a problem for guests at the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas, which offers its guests the possibility to enjoy the Iguaçu Falls at exclusive times since it is inside the park. The park is open to visitors from 9 am to 5 pm hours. Outside these hours, hotel guests have the privilege of strolling along the empty trails and calmly admiring the main points.
In this Premium Workshop, the photographerVictor Lima will reveal the secrets for capturing images of nature and landscape, during the day and also during the night, when the cloud of the Milky Way will be walking through the skies of the Iguaçu Falls.
About the Instructor
Victor Lima is a nature and landscape photographer internationally awarded by National Geographic. With his night photography work in the Atacama Desert, he reached 3rd place in the 2016 National Geographic Travel Photographer of the Year contest. In addition, after being the winner of the 2015 National Geographic Traveler Magazine Cover contest, he was the first photographer in the world to have one of his images on the cover of one of the National Geographic publications through a contest. The photographer stands out for the technical aspect of his photographs and for the images that show the beauty of the night sky beyond what the eyes can see.
